Make sure that the proposal submission file is completely blinded (i.e., NO AUTHORS INFO) to guarantee a blind-peer-review evaluation process.

When submitting a proposal, make sure you follow this checklist thoroughly.
1 - Please review the entire form before starting to fill in information to ensure you have the required ones.

2 - Student submissions must have a full-time student as the primary author and be mostly written by students

3 - When typing Author’s information into the submit form, note that Organization should be your company, university, or similar. Please do not use your department or division, unless it is part of your organization's name.

4 - Contact Author: The contact author is the person responsible for correspondence with the Program Chair of the online evaluation system. We ask for additional information about the Contact Author, so that we can ensure timely communication and make the program accurate. We will only contact authors other than the Contact Author if we are unable to reach the Contact Author (e.g., because of an invalid email address). Please notify us of any changes in names, affiliations, etc. in the Contact Author's information. NOTE: If you have more than one email address, please add the second address under "Alternate Email". We will only use that address if there is a problem with the primary email.

5 - Topic Areas: To help match submissions to reviewers and sessions, please select one or more area(s) most applicable to your submission.

6 - Content Abstract: Include a brief description of your proposal submission in English.

7 - File Submission Format: PDF ONLY - File upload limit through the form is 2MB.
