Registration

Either if you have your proposal accepted, you want to book exhibition stands for your publications and products, or you simply want to participate in this unique event, you need to fill in the Registration Form and fulfill the rest of registration requirements.

Please, read the following information carefully. The Registration Form will be available here on February 1, 2011.

Registration fee and deadlines

Registration fees for the Conference are to be paid in US$ through the RIdIM bank account until April 30, 2011 (Early Registration with lower fee values) or until June 30, 2011 (regular Registration with normal fee values). After June 30, 2011, payments (with regular Registration fees) will only be accepted in Brazilian currency - R$ (Reais), according to exchange rates in July 2011, at the Conference Registration Desk. Checks cannot be accepted.

Please indicate with your deposit your name and institution, and the detail “RIdIM Conference 2011”. Please make sure that your deposit also covers any additional bank costs. This account can be used for bank transfers of both early and regular registrations.

ATTENTION! Registration will be opened only on February 1, 2011.

Values in Brazilian Reais (R$) will be fixed according to exchange rates in July 2011.
No registration is complete until full payment has been made.
Checks can unfortunately not be accepted. All bank costs are to be paid by the conference participant.

Registration Form Not only accepted paper presenters or product exhibitors need to register. Accompanying person(s), Exhibitor’s additional representative(s) and Listener/Visitor also need to do it.

Finally, if you send the Registration Form after June 30, 2011, it will be expected that you complete the full payment of the regular Registration in Brazilian currency - R$ (Reais), at the Conference Registration Desk.

Donations to RIdIM Development Fund RIdIM is a non-profit organization and strongly dependent on the support of institutions, organizations and individuals. We therefore warmly invite you to consider a donation to the RIdIM Development Fund when submitting your registration for the 2011 Conference.
With your generous donation you support the multifold work of RIdIM as the only international organization promoting, supporting and realizing cataloguing and research projects in music iconography around the world. CancellationsCancellations are possible until May 15, 2011.
The amount paid will be reimbursed after deduction of bank charges. Cancellations requested after that will only receive a refund if an official document is received confirming the cancellation is due to accident, injury or illness.
